Make a Donation

Thank you for your interest in supporting  Tree of Wisdom.  Your tax-deductible gift allows us to provide tuition, clothing, food, healthcare and other basic necessities of life  to children in Northern Uganda.  We also  have programs such as the Wisdom Bead program that empowers impoverished women and encourages self-reliance through the sale of their handicrafts.

A Sponsorship of $175 per year  will provide a specific child with tuition for primary school,  school supplies, a uniform, shoes, basic hygiene needs, mosquito nets, other basic necessities of life and at least one meal a day.  Sponsors will receive a picture and written communication from their adopted child at least once a year.

A Donation of any amount is greatly appreciated and can make a profound impact on the lives of unfortunate women and children of Northern Uganda. . These additional funds are used for other expenses including secondary school tuition, boarding schools, additional health care and other extra needs of the children. This fund also supports special programs such as the Sunday feeding program which began in August 2010 and is feeding over 100 children per week.

In June 2010, Tree of Wisdom received its official 501(c)3 non-profit status with the IRS.

Please remember Tree of Wisdom if your company offers a Matching Gifts Program.

Just got home from your event at Holy Spirit. I was moved by the stories Sister Rosemary shared and can’t wait to be a part of the tree. It is a privilege to be around the sister and experience her aura of love and kindness. Thanks for inviting me!

    Hi Monique,

I just received you letter today and it got me thinking about what I can do for your mission. I am now in the postion to help. I am the manager of the Good Neighbor Thrift Shop in Avon Lake run by the AL United Church of Christ. All porfits go to missions. I would like to go to our board and ask for a donation to your mission. But first I would like to get together or at least talk to you first and maybe set up a time you could take a few minutes and talk to our bord about this. I know we would be able to give you a good donation. Also I was thinking since I run the thrift shop I could sell you beads for you. Please contact me either by e mail or call 440-934-6805 home 440-396-0760 cell. I really hope to here from you I would love to help with this cause.

    Peace Friend

    Love Mary Carlon

Wishing you all a successful trip to Africa. My family and mother are also parishioners of Holy Spirit Church and my Mom is a patient of yours.
We would love to support a child, and be a part of your mission to create better lives for these people born into a life of poverty and hardship. Sending you good energy as you embark on another trip to Africa.
    Peace.

We use a mac computer and are unable to find the information of how to make a donation (such as mailing address and whom the check should be made out to). We would like to help out a child. Please send us the necessary information.
    Thank-you
    Deb
